Denise Silverstone. Writer

I am a stay-at-home mom with one little boy. Writing has always been a passion of mine and I have always wanted to write full time. The little bit that I was getting here and there just wasn’t quite paying the bills and for me to be able to work from home and look after my son I needed to find something a lot more consistent. I started doing a search online to see if I could find any new clients that would give me the constant work I was looking for and I eventually came across Freelancewriters.Info. I submitted my application with writing samples for consideration. Almost immediately I received a response and started writing for the company. That was over 5 months ago. Since then I have developed a fantastic working relationship with the organization. It has become like having a new friend who shares in my love for writing.

Joining the Freelancewriters.Info team has definitely made my love of writing even stronger than it was before. I have my own personal contact at Freelancewriters.Info from whom I receive regular assignments for a variety of topics. I research the topics at hand and write the specified number of articles. Once completed, the work is sent to my editor via email. Their pay is decent, the projects are fun and very interesting to write about and the staff are accommodating and always ready to handle any situation.

At the end of every month I submit an invoice for all the work that has been completed. I receive payment for the invoice via my pay pal account, the following month.

“I am a housewife with two school age children. I was looking for something to occupy me once I had taken the children off to school that would bring in some extra funds to help with the household income. I started to look around and eventually came across an advertisement for proofreaders required by Freelancewriters.Info. My training was in secretarial work and I obtained a good standard of written English at school and college; the job seemed ideal. All that I was required to provide was my PC and a broadband connection. Working from home at my own pace, as and when I was able, and no travelling expenses or other overheads made the job very attractive to me. I applied and received full details by return and signed up starting work almost immediately.

I have a personal contact at Freelancewriters.Info who sends me my work and to whom I return it upon completion. If I have any queries or problems they are soon sorted out. When I receive the work I firstly perform a word count check to ensure that the content is as per the writer’s brief. I then check the articles online for any duplicate content. The normal spelling and grammar corrections are then made and I make any improvements to the articles that I feel appropriate.

At the end of the month I submit my invoice via email and my PayPal account is credited in the fourth week of the month following. I enjoy the work, the content is very varied and you never know what subject is coming along next.”
